Thank you

Unfortunately this primitive guest book receives a lot of visiting robots
from
"The Land of Idiot" and I can only delete their crap every so often,
so i have disabled this old guestbook forever. the new one is located HERE

I grew up in what's now called the "University District" in the
1950's. This documentary is so evocative of the good times in Detroit. Thank
you for a wonderful effort.

Just saw the short with Lily Tomlin. It was truly stunning. It captures the
human side of Detroit and Highland Park. I can't wait til this comes out for
purchase. If you have a mailing list, please add me to it. Also, any plans for
a Hamtramck piece?

Touching, Kevin, fascinating. I am getting obsessed with Detroit. I love your
city, I am coming over in 2006 and hope to see the continuing renaissance of Downtown
and it's many beautiful old buildings.

Dear Kevin, I think it is brilliant to do a doc on Detroit, I have wanted to
do something about the city for a while. I am just curious are you a Detroiter,
that went to Columbia(as I am considering doing so) or just a CC student that
finds Detroit fascinating? If I am not mistaken that music video was shot in Detroit.
I also noticed you were advertising a band playing at the big horse in Chi, which
i find funny because my friend books that place, ironies abound. Keep up the good
work. E

Kevy, to say I am impressed with your work would be an understatement. I can
almost still smell the bacon and eggs in the Rankin Center so many years ago.
That and the slippery floor of the Alibi.
